Effective: August 17, 2026.
What we collect
If you join the early list, we collect your email address, selected product mode, optional audience and challenge responses, interview opt-in, consent timestamp, and submission timestamps.
Why we collect it
We use the information to measure demand, decide which product mode deserves development, contact volunteers for product discovery, and send occasional updates about this specific experiment.
What we do not collect
Do not submit private family stories, recordings, photos, documents, health information, or information about children through the waitlist. The form is not designed or approved for that material.
Storage and sharing
Waitlist responses are stored in a property-isolated Cloudflare D1 database controlled by QNTx Labs, LLC. We do not sell waitlist information or mix it with client data.
Retention and deletion
We keep the information while evaluating or developing MyLore. You may request deletion or withdraw from updates by emailing [email protected].
Security and limits
We minimize the data collected and do not log email addresses in application error messages. No internet service can promise perfect security; this limited form is intentionally separate from any future family archive.
Changes
A future product that accepts family source material will require a substantially more detailed privacy, consent, access, deletion, and stewardship design. This notice does not authorize that future use.
